INTERESTING FACTS

If you could travel back to one specific point in time, when would it be and why?

I know it would be dangerous but I would love to go back to the Jurassic Period to see what the world was like when Dino’s ruled the world!

What’s your favourite time of year and why?

My favourite time of year is undoubtedly winter! Being a “winter baby,” I’ve always felt a special connection to the season and find myself eagerly anticipating the first snowfall each year. There’s something magical about the crisp air, the cozy atmosphere, and the serene beauty of a snow-covered landscape. While I adore winter, I also appreciate the opportunities that summer brings. The warmer months allow for more outdoor adventures and provide ample time to enjoy quality moments with my family, creating a fine balance between my love for winter and the joys of summer.

What is the best part of your job?

The best part of my job is seeing my clients smile. I love the positive relationships that I create with so many different people. I really love the moment when an individual realises that they have made progress. It’s so rewarding to see the happiness on someone’s face when they achieve a goal, no matter how small. Even the smallest steps can make a big difference in their daily lives, and it’s a privilege to be part of that journey. Seeing someone’s physical and mental confidence grow through exercise is magical.

What makes you happy?

Christmas Eve makes me happy! Getting everything set up for the big day and seeing my children excited makes me smile the most!

What are your Hobbies and Interests?

Running is one of my favourite hobbies, providing both physical and mental benefits that enhance my overall well-being. I particularly enjoy Canicross, a sport that combines running with my passion for dogs, specifically my beagle, Ralph. In Canicross, Ralph wears a specially designed harness, and we run together, connected by a bungee line that allows him to pull me along while I maintain control. This activity not only keeps us fit but also strengthens our bond as we explore the outdoors together. Running with Ralph has transformed our exercise routine into an enjoyable adventure, allowing us to share the joy of movement and the beauty of nature.
