Meet the Team

Lisa Kelly

Occupational Therapist

Lisa Kelly, a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist, qualified in September 2024 with a BSc Honours. For over 10 years before qualifying Lisa worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and has worked extensively with individuals with learning disabilities, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Lisa is passionate about empowering people to enhance their everyday occupations and activities. Her approach is centred on understanding each individual’s unique strengths and needs, enabling Lisa to support them in building meaningful and fulfilling lives.

INTERESTING FACTS

If you could travel back to one specific point in time, when would it be and why?

If I could travel back to a point in time it would be to a family holiday when I was 15 at Eurocamp in France. I don’t think I appreciated it enough at the time, but looking back it was the perfect family time. Playing games together, exploring and technology wasn’t available so we chit chatted with each other.

What’s your favourite time of year and why?

My favourite time of the year is spring, I love seeing the outdoors changing and colour blossoming on the trees. I’m also a morning person so I like to wake up and it’s light!

What is the best part of your job?

The best part of my job is the direct work I have the pleasure to do with my clients. It makes me so happy to be able to support the individual and the care giver and see a change and a positive step for their quality of life.

What makes you happy?

I’m at my happiest at home, relaxing with my children and being grateful for what I have.

What are your Hobbies and Interests?

My main hobbies include going to the gym and going swimming. I also enjoy watching films, comedy programmes and playing a game of Uno.
